October 2012: Percy Jackson, you're my heeeeero.
October 2011: I've missed you, Percy Jackson. This series is turning out to be a lot of fun. The Roman vs. Greek stuff is probably my favorite part, and it's only going to get more awesome as the series progresses. I also liked the new characters a bunch (and the way they interacted with old characters), and it was fun to try and catch all the sly references to past events as Percy was trying to get his memory back.
I'm not happy that I have to wait another year for #3 (the third book of The Kane Chronicles in the spring feels like a pretty poor consolation prize).
